DOE published a final rule prescribing new energy conservation standards for consumer water heaters. 75 FR 20112 (April 16, 2010). The consumer water heater energy conservation standard rulemaking docket EERE-2006-BT-STD-0129 contains all notices, public comments, public meeting transcripts, and supporting documents pertaining to this rulemaking.
